About CeRCo President June Boyle

June Boyle is a consultant with nearly 25 years of experience in the field of organization research. Her consulting work has focused on helping business leaders leverage external perspectives and practices in order to drive change in their own organizations. Prior to founding CeRCo in 2008, June held leadership and management positions in organization research, research operations, information services, knowledge and database management, and finance.

June’s primary focus in supporting organizational change is in best practices research and organizational analysis. She has worked with senior executives and the boards of public, private, and non-profit organizations across a range of industries, as well as with association management teams and small business owners, assisting them with change initiatives, leadership team development, board effectiveness, succession planning, strategic communications, and talent management. She often supports management consultancies who specialize in these areas. June’s broad range of experiences, her technical expertise, her inquisitive nature, as well as her understanding of how organizations, boards, and teams work, have given her a unique perspective and set of skills that her clients have come to rely on.
