President June Boyle
June Boyle is a management consultant with nearly 25 years of experience in the field of organization research. She has held leadership positions in organization research, information services, operations, knowledge management, and financial systems. Her consulting work has focused on helping business leaders understand external perspectives and practices in order to address comparable challenges in their own organizations.
June’s primary specialty is in best practices research, benchmarking, and content analysis. She has worked with senior executives and the boards of public, private, and non-profit organizations across a range of industries, as well as association management teams and even small business owners, assisting them with change initiatives, leadership development, board effectiveness, succession planning, strategic communications, and talent management.

Background
Before establishing CeRCo in 2008, June was a Director with Oliver Wyman – Delta Organization & Leadership, where she served clients as a research consultant and led the firm’s research team starting in 1998. She joined Delta Consulting Group in 1992, and managed various functions over the years as the firm grew and was acquired by Mercer Consulting/Marsh & McLennan Companies.
June is a member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals, Freelancers Union, The Conference Board, and BoardSource. Since 2008, June has been an active member of AIIP, where she has served on several committees and the Board, most notably as the 2015-2016 AIIP President. She is honored to be the recipient of the 2022 Marilyn M. Levine AIIP President’s Award.
June has a B.A. in Mathematics and French Language from the University of Virginia. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening, singing, and playing various musical instruments. June also has fun with her husband restoring their 250 year-old home as well as doting on their granddaughter and West Highland Terriers.
