and Principal June Boyle
June Boyle is a management consultant with nearly 25 years of experience in the field of organization research, as well leadership experience in organization research, information services, operations, knowledge management, and financial systems. Her consulting work has focused on helping executives understand external perspectives and practices in order to address particular challenges in their own organizations.
June’s primary specialty is in best practice research, benchmarking, and content analysis. She has worked with senior executives and the boards of public, private, and non-profit organizations across a range of industries.
CeRCo is affiliated with a network of leadership and change consultants, information research professionals, survey practitioners, and editorial experts who enable us to flexibly and quickly support our clients with complementary capabilities and specialized expertise as needed.
Before establishing CeRCo in 2008, June was a Director with Oliver Wyman – Delta Organization & Leadership, where she served clients as a research consultant and led the firm’s research team as of 1998. She joined Delta Consulting Group in 1992, and managed various functions over the years as the firm grew and was acquired by Mercer Consulting/Marsh & McLennan Companies.
June is a member of AIIP, QRCA, SLA, The Conference Board, and BoardSource. Since 2008, June has been an active member of AIIP, the Association of Independent Information Professionals, where she has served on many committees and the Board, most notably as Board President in 2015-2016. She is slated to be the Chairperson of the 2021-2022 AIIP Conference Committee.
She has a B.A. from the University of Virginia in Mathematics and French Language. In her spare time she works with her husband on restoring their 250 year-old home, and cooks, gardens, plays the guitar and Irish fiddle, sings in a local choir, and dotes on her granddaughter and Westies.
