About CeRCo President June Boyle
June Boyle is a consultant with nearly 25 years of experience in the field of organization research. Her consulting work has focused on helping business leaders leverage external perspectives and practices in order to drive change in their own organizations. Prior to founding CeRCo in 2008, June held leadership and management positions in organization research, research operations, information services, knowledge and database management, and finance.
June’s primary focus in supporting organizational change is in best practices research and organizational analysis. She has worked with senior executives and the boards of public, private, and non-profit organizations across a range of industries, as well as with association management teams and small business owners, assisting them with change initiatives, leadership team development, board effectiveness, succession planning, strategic communications, and talent management. She often supports management consultancies who specialize in these areas. June’s broad range of experiences, her technical expertise, her inquisitive nature, as well as her understanding of how organizations, boards, and teams work, have given her a unique perspective and set of skills that her clients have come to rely on.

Background
Before establishing CeRCo in 2008, June was a Director with Oliver Wyman – Delta Organization & Leadership, where she served clients as a research consultant and led the firm’s research team starting in 1998. She joined Delta Consulting Group in 1992, and managed various functions over the years as the firm grew and was acquired by Mercer Consulting/Marsh & McLennan Companies.
June is a member of the Association of Independent Information Professionals, Freelancers Union, The Conference Board, and BoardSource. Since 2008, June has been an active member of AIIP, where she has served on several committees and the Board, most notably as the 2015-2016 AIIP President. She was honored to be the recipient of the 2022 Marilyn M. Levine AIIP President’s Award.
June has a B.A. in Mathematics and French Language from the University of Virginia. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening, singing, and playing various musical instruments. She is also a member of several local conservation and sustainability organizations, and is participating in a regional research study as she “rewilds” her land. June also has fun with her husband restoring their 250 year-old home, doting on their granddaughter, and playing with their West Highland Terriers.
