From Research to Strategic Impact

June began her career in organizational research and information services, helping leaders benefit from external perspectives and best practices to drive change from within. Over time, her work expanded to include strategic communications, project leadership, and organizational effectiveness — always grounded in clear thinking and actionable outcomes.

Today, she supports organizations in:

  • Clarifying strategy and priorities
  • Strengthening communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Leading initiatives that translate plans into progress
  • Designing surveys, assessments, and data-informed insights that guide decision-making

Her work blends analytical rigor, adaptive use of technology, and a focus on practical impact.

Over the years, June has partnered with organizations of all sizes, from small nonprofits and community groups to large associations and corporate clients, providing strategic support tailored to each context. Her background spans organizational research, information services, knowledge management, strategic communications, project leadership, and operational management.
